- Junior Suites – 30-40 m²: Suites for up to 4 guests with a bedroom and a living area with a sofa bed. Private balconies may offer sea view, pool view, mountain view or view of the internal courtyard.
- Superior Suites – 30-40 m²: Elegant suites with spacious interiors and a large private veranda with views of the sea and the Capo Maleas promontory, ideal for couples looking for relaxation.
- Suite Apartment – approximately 70 m² Family apartment with two bedrooms, living room and kitchen, accommodating up to 5 guests and featuring balconies with sea view and mountain view.
- Maisonette – approximately 80 m² Two-level apartment with two bedrooms, living room and two balconies, one with partial sea view and the other overlooking the traditional courtyard of the property.
